Claims and Returns

Claims for short delivery must be notified within 3 days of delivery date. Claims in respect of faulty damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be contained and returned in the original packaging for a full refund .

Goods returned without fault but through buyers choice, the buyer will pay return post. On receipt of a returned item the refund will be made minus return post.
