How do i find the size of the spring bars my watch requires.

By measuring the distance between the wrist watch arms also known as lugs. As shown in picture above will give you the size off the spring bars required.

The spring bars hold the strap to the watch arms also the buckles to the strap.

We stock stainless steel spring bars Box sets and single pairs sizes 8 mm up to 40mm 1.50mm diameter telescopic.
